My stay at Boutique Suites 3 Min Walk To Beach was fantastic! The apartment's location is unbeatable and puts you right in the heart of South Beach. I loved the spacious balcony overlooking Collins Avenue and the very nice rainfall shower added a touch of luxury. The only downside was that I didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub due to the weather, but that’s not a fault of the hotel!

I had a great time at Boutique Suites! The location was super convenient, just steps away from the beach, and it was really close to all the fun spots. The suite was clean and had everything I needed, though I did notice that some of the furniture could use a little update. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I appreciated Frost's attentive service.

My stay at Boutique Suites 3 Min Walk To Beach was absolutely amazing! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The room was beautiful and clean, although I must admit that I wish there had been more dining options right within the boutique itself. Still, I had a wonderful time with the helpful host, Mr. Frost, who was always available for questions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

I had an overall great stay at the Boutique Suites, although there were a few issues that slightly marred the experience. The views from my King Suite with Ocean View were absolutely stunning, especially at night. The hotel felt luxurious, and the host was incredibly helpful. However, the water flow in the shower could use improvement, and the noise from the air conditioning system was a bit bothersome at times.
